Deep Pore Cleansing

Deep Pore Cleansing With the 8 in 1 Galvanic/High Frequency Facial Equipment.

Esthetician use deep pore cleansing (dis-incrustation facials) to remove excess sebum or oils encrusted deep in the pores of the skin. Blackheads and whiteheads can be stubborn to remove. The use of the galvanic current creates two significant reactions: chemical dis-incrustation and ionic iontophoresis.

To preform dis-incrustation, an acid-based or electro positive solution is placed onto the skin's surface. The solution is purposely formulated to remain on the surface of the skin rather than being absorbed. When conducting the dis-incrustation, the client holds the electrode in a positive polarity. The esthetician makes direct contact with the disincrustation probe to the area to be treated which is set on negative. This creates a chemical reaction that transforms the sebum of the skin into a soap - a process known as saponification which is how soap is made from fat and lye. When the electrical current interacts with the salts (sodium chloride) in the skin, it creates the chemical sodium hydroxide or lye. This soapy substance helps dissolve excess oil clogged in the pores. Then the suction probe can extract the blackhead and whiteheads easily.

Iontophoresis means the introduction of ions. This process allows the esthetician to transfer or penetrate ions of an applied solution into the deeper layers of th skin by means of galvanic current. Current flows through conductive solutions by means of positive and negative polarities or ionization. Just as magnets are attracted to each others positive and negative charges the galvanic ionization process works the same way. The client holds the electrode that is charged opposite to the product otherwise there will be no attraction. Benefits are to cause an alkaline or acid reaction, to stimulate nerve endings, calms or soothes nerve endings, increases or decreases blood circulation. Using acid or alkaline ampoules of products on the skin, depending on the result you want to achieve, will greatly enhance the penetration of the product for which it is formulated to do.

Benefits of a Galvanic and High Frequency Facial for Disincrustation

A. Amplifying Lamp: Amplifying lamp consists of optical lens and a soft light from a cold lamp tube. It can make observation more clean, so acne and black spots are more easily to be found. It is very suitable for tattoo and skin analysis.

B. Wood's Lamp: This is a special ultraviolet amplifying lamp which is able to reveal abnormal skin conditions that the human eyes can't find out from a normal analysis.

C. Ozone Atomization Steamer: Excellent atomizing ability and little possible water accumulated as well as sterilization of the steam. To soften and open pores.

D. Galvanic An electrical roller is placed over the T zone area to open pores and prepare the skin for extractions. Galvanic Instrument - Disincrustation - To open pores and loosen the dead skin cells before facials, extractions, or Microdermabrasion. Product Penetration - To infuse water soluble product (ampoule or serum) to nourish and moisturize the skin or to fade age spots.

E. Brush and Microdermabrasion: A revolving brush is placed on the face to massage skin and clean skin out of debris and dirt, and also relieve fatigue simultaneously. Microdermabrasion removes the micro layers of the skin to reveal the soft new fresh skin underneath and greatly stimulates new skin growth.

F. Suction and Spray Toner: The suction is helpful in deep pore cleaning of the skin. It acts much like a miniature vacuum cleaner to suck out deeply embedded dirt, grease and other impurities of the skin. Toner can be sprayed to balance and nourish the skin.

G. High Frequency: A warmness from high frequency glass conduit can be felt as it is lightly massaged over the face for 5 min.
1. Sterilize by special ultraviolet and infrared ray.
2. Part and point treatment to cure acne skin
3. To accelerate and promote wound healing.

H. Ampoules, or Collagen Masks, Vitamin Masks: A mask or ampoule suited to your specific skin condition is massaged into the skin.

I. Massage Oil: Hydrophilic oil is massaged over the face to act as a barrier of protection and to keep the skin soft and pliable after a Microdermabrasion treatment. Massage oil will not be used on acne prone skin and exchanged with hyaluronic acid. The Massage will be less on acneic skin to keep irritation down.
